This study aims to conceptualize feminine healthpreneurship as a new paradigm for women’s reproductive health promotion through a synthesis of the existing literature. A non-systematic literature review with a conceptual–analytical approach was conducted on 15 Scopus-indexed journal articles addressing women’s reproductive health, health promotion, women’s empowerment, and health entrepreneurship. Data were collected through conceptual data extraction and analyzed using thematic analysis and conceptual synthesis to map the evolution of reproductive health promotion approaches, identify limitations in the literature, and integrate findings across domains. The results indicate that women’s reproductive health promotion has shifted from a predominantly clinical–curative approach toward more promotive and participatory strategies; however, these approaches remain fragmented and largely dependent on project-based interventions. Women are commonly positioned as service recipients or program participants, while their potential role as key actors in health promotion remains underdeveloped. Moreover, integration across psychosocial factors, health systems, digital technologies, and health entrepreneurship is limited. Based on these findings, this study formulates feminine healthpreneurship as a reproductive health promotion paradigm that positions women as producers of health value through social entrepreneurship and community-based health promotion mechanisms. In conclusion, feminine healthpreneurship offers a conceptual framework with the potential to enhance the sustainability of reproductive health promotion while strengthening women’s empowerment.
